Service providers can opt for GST composition scheme by 30 April: CBIC

NEW DELHI: The duty office has given specialist co-ops with turnover of up to ₹50 lakh time till 30 April to select the creation plan and pay 6% GST. 

The alternative to pay Goods and Services Tax (GST) at decreased rate of 6% would be viable from the earliest starting point of the money related year or from the date of getting new enrollment amid the budgetary year. 

Specialist organizations choosing the creation plan can charge a lower charge rate of 6% from clients, as against the higher rates of 12 and 18% for most administrations under GST. 

In a roundabout, the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) said providers who need to settle on creation plan would need to document Form GST CMP-02 by choosing 'Some other provider qualified for arrangement demand' most recent by 30 April, 2019. 

Organizations which apply for new enrollment may profit the said advantage in Form GST REG-01 at the season of documenting application for enlistment.Goods And Service Tax
